Make an enquiry:

For your first appointment, please remember to bring the following:

• Referral letter from your GP or specialist
  
• Medicare card, DVA card, Pension card
  
• Medication lists
  
• Blood test results, x-rays, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Bone mineral density scan, etc.

At the time you make your appointment, you will be advised of the fees and how much you can get back from Medicare.

Bulk billing is not routinely available. Reduced consultation fees can only be applied to pension and health care cardholders.

Complete your patient registration securely online prior to your appointment with us.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible and allow at least 48 hours notice so that we can offer your appointment time to other patients on our waiting list. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Getting here:

  By train
From the Kogarah Station, exit via Regent street. Head southwest on Railway Parade and turn left on Belgrave street. It will be about 260 metres or about 3 minutes walk.

  By car
The closest car park is the Derby street Car Park accessed via Derby street. Alternatively, there is Wilson’s TAFE Kogarah car park accessed from Wick’s Lane.

Street parking has time restrictions as per signage.
